Refund Policy:

For the purchase of any Aveda products, we offer a full exchange for up to 25% use of any product that does not work for you. Upon checkout, we highly recommend pre-booking your next appointment to ensure a convenient time.

Spa Etiquette:

We recommend arriving ten minutes before your scheduled service to allow plenty of time to check in and enjoy our Aveda rituals. Arriving late could lessen precious minutes of your spa service. 

The environment at Riverbed Wellness Salon & Spa is one of tranquility and relaxation. Kindly respect our other guests’ right to privacy and quiet.

Late/Cancellations:

Appointments may be canceled within a 24-hour window. Charges may apply for any appointments not canceled within this window.

Exchanges*:

Aveda products can be refunded or exchanged. Refunds and exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase with original receipt and method of payment. 

*Riverbed Wellness Salon & Spa can only exchange a product if less than 25% of the product is used.

Cell Phones and Electronic Devices:

We kindly request that phones be silenced, set to vibrate or be turned off to ensure that all our guests receive the relaxing experience we strive to provide. Two-way communication devices are also requested to be in ‘Off’ mode.

Gift Cards:

Must present gift card at time of service to redeem. Dollar value of gift cards do not expire. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
